You can track your order in "track my order" using your order number or your tracking number.
We take about 3 to 4 business days to process your order and then ship it.
Your products can be machine washed at 30 degrees and preferably inside out. The tumble dryer is not recommended. Regarding ironing, it is better not to iron over the flocked areas.
